Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

I've had Growave since I set up my store and overall it's been a great experience - the wishlist, reviews and loyalty program were exactly what I was looking for and the customer support is second to none! I sent a support request today that required a code change and they had it fixed and working perfectly within a few hours! Incredible team - thank you so much guys!

We are absolutely thrilled with the Growave app for our store. It has a user-friendly interface that made customization effortless, and the integration with our Expanse theme was impressive. The team's support was exceptional, helping us seamlessly integrate the wishlist icon into our header. Plus, the translation feature is a game-changer for our audience. Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it.

However, update to 2.0 version changed the reviewer's name presentation function which I personally find absurd. After the update, in the free version, client's full name and surname are visible under the review, and if you want to keep your Client's information private and only show the surname's first letter, well, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn't privacy be a default option? I understand that you want to give Store Owners flexibility, and that's amazing, but keeping Client's surname hidden is such a weird thing to ask us to pay for.

What I love about the update is the new design, it's clean and professional. Thanks for that.

SocialShopWave is a great app with so many helpful features. Their support is phenomenal! There is a bit of a time zone delay, but you can always count on them to get back to you with a solution right away. Highly recommended!

Updating in 2025 to say that Growave has continued to be a great app for us over the years. They have gotten even better as they have grown. The support team is now able to get back to us more quickly despite the time difference and still provides the same great service. Still highly recommended!

We use Growave for product reviews and questions, as well as our store's reward program service provider - and the platform performs excellently. It was easily integrated into our newly updated theme and the customization elements are great! Their support squad is also excellent, super cordial & timely with their responses - not to mention helpful and thorough! The Growave team is also very proactive - they want to make things right and make sure as the user you are satisfied. Highly recommend.

Growave has seen a lot of improvements recently, especially with V2, which brings better customization, improved branding options, and increased reliability. I've been using Growave extensively: VIP Tiers, Rewards, Reviews, Wishlist, etc. And while I had some reliability concerns in the past, they’ve really stepped up over the last year.

One of the biggest advantages is the seamless integration of features. You can reward customers with loyalty points for leaving reviews, and such, which adds value. For the price, you’re getting tons of great functionality in one app.

And of course, the customer support is outstanding. They solve all your problems, go above and beyond, and are even willing to make minor customizations. Always responsive, always knowledgeable, and always helpful.

Overall, it's a great app that keeps getting better. Please keep up the great work on improving reliability and UI!
