I’m a customer from Hong Kong. Due to a major upgrade in our membership tiers, we contacted your team for assistance in the early hours, and they were able to provide immediate support. They arranged for technical staff to help us with backend updates and offered valuable suggestions. This allowed us to completely revamp our membership system, and the system’s features are more than sufficient for our needs. This experience was excellent! Die Funktionalitäten der App sind genau das, was wir aktuell für den Community Aufbau benötigen. Die Einführung der App wird durch eine Checkliste super einfach gemacht, mit einer sinnvollen Reihenfolge und den notwendigen Schritten um sie korrekt in das bestehende Theme einzubinden. Daran könnten sich andere App-Entwickler mal ein Beispiel nehmen. An zwei Stellen hat es bei unsgehakt, aber das hatte der Support innerhalb von Minuten gelöst. Auch auf Wünsche zur Layoutanpassung ist man in kürzester Zeit eingegangen. Also von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung!

The Growave Support is very helpful and help you with all your customizations wishes. The app itself has limited features for evaluation. It's not so easy to evaluate how the tool works for customers. There are deviations in the numbers and it is difficult to recognize whether the tool is really working for our community. That's why i give only 4 stars.
Apart from that we are happy with Growave. It's nice too to have different options in one tool (reviews, wishlist, referral, ...)

When I mentioned the significant price increase in this review, I was offered a discount equivalent to the previous plan. If that is the case, they should make that offer uniformly to existing users. It is a very useful application, but I am afraid that there will be another significant price increase and I will be using it with the uncertainty of when the current discount will no longer apply to me. I feel that this is a company that can never be trusted.

The features are great and in my experience the customer support is excellent should any issue arise.
Furthermore the many features of the app allows you to use this one app instead of the three or maybe even four apps that would be needed in order to get all the benefits that Growave provides.

I'm currently using this app but I don't think I'll be using it for a long time, the inability to customize the rewards page is really limiting. In addition to the fact that it is not possible to have a LOGIN button when loading the page, which makes usability compromised by the user, because to log in he has to click randomly inside the page to see the log in button.
I asked to make this button visible right away, but it seems impossible to implement. I'm not satisfied at all.

The Growave app has a lot of features for little money. We use several of the features and they are great. One of those is the wishlist. Although the standard is already great, we wanted something extra and different. So I contacted support (Masha and Janat) to ask if this was possible. They answered me in a few seconds and told me that it was no problem at all. They built it in no time! We're so happy with it. So great app and a great team!!!
