Gorgias: AI Helpdesk & Chat

Truly amazing! From customer service to all the capabilities of Gorgias, this app has been a game changer for us in less than a week. It also integrates with almost all the apps we use which has been super helpful! We are already saving so much time with the automations and built in Shopify features.

Live chat really reactive. Answered (politely) both to my questions that already had a solution and the ones that will be passed on to dev team. I'm not yet an expert user but Gorgias seems to be already extremely powerful and will continue to update the app with tons of useful features. Keep going on.

2 months into our use of Gorgias we have had nothing but a positive experience. The app and integrations are working as advertised and the customer support has been spectacular. It is great to constantly also see improvements and additions being made to the platform. We cannot wait for the year to come!

Infinitely better than Zendesk. Gorgias' automation is far more intelligent and truly allows you to cover all communication, turning your CS efforts into a real revenue-generating channel. We have been with Gorgias for quite some time now and it has really helped streamline all of our Customer Service into one fantastic system. Excellent app! Easy to set up and use. Communication with our customers has been significantly improved and it's great to see how our agents are positively progressing month by month. Gorgias customer service is also excellent! There's no question they cannot answer. :) Would definitely recommend the app!

This app is great, fulfilled basically all the needs that our store customer support department needed. (Integrate with gmail, facebook,UPS, orders and customer profile). special thanks to Romain Lapeyre, great demo and customer service experience. It would be even better if there is a yearly plan with discount :)

Service was quick and was able to get this issue solved promptly! It was nice that they provided photos, but I did notice that their settings looked different from ours, so that did make it a little confusing since we did not have the same options available. However, they were still able to get us to the right spot.
