Hyper Sku has been an excellent drop shipping partner. Their customer service is second to none. Their pricing, processing and shipping times are excellent and I’d highly recommend them!
Hypersku have been one of the best suppliers I have ever used for my ecommerce store. They're serviceability and response rate is top notch.
Very fast communication on their end, anytime I have a problem they are there to fix it for me! My custom packaging & thank you cards are super high quality and couldn't be happier with their fast shipping & great product selection!
Glad we found Hypersku, has been a good resource for us to use over the past 2-3 years.

Terrible experience. those who believe time is money - do not touch this app at all ..i am deleting for the second time. people might ask why i did install second time ..just because of one of the customer support agent not to name sent many emails to help me ship my products. it is honest review..so its upto you guys. ****************** Replying to your comment- those are not authentic stuff..just go to Ali express and you will find millions and those dont require license, Above all I just did not delete the app for this silly issue. I have deleted because for me time is money..if you wanna take more than 48 hours for every product to get an update then merchants can only fulfill 1-2 orders per day.

The products you asked for fulfillment are intellectual property products (Peppa Pig and Spider-Man for example), and we cannot sell them unless you are officially authorized to be a reseller. Otherwise, it will be Intellectual Property infringement😯 We always comply with regulations and hope you understand that we feel this is not the most right thing for us to do. On our platform, there are millions of SKUs for you to choose from if you are interested. Hope you have a great day!
Responsive and communicative. At first had some struggles and growing pains but amazing service. Very responsive. Very helpful. Help find and source anything you need as well as customizing products. You name it. Shipping is also done deceptively quickly, which is very crucial and keeps customers happy. Jiana is my Agent and she is working hard and doing her best.
Ever since Jiana is not personally involved anymore things have slowed down considerably. Wrong shipping costs and wrong shipping weight and wrong item sourcing. An extra wait time of 1-2 weeks for orders because of sloppy work means that I cannot recommend this to anyone.
Edit: no variants mapping and severely unfreindly and unhelpful service.

Very, very satisfied. My contact person, Cheryl, is very accommodating and helpful. A very pleasant business relationship. The browser application is very well designed. I previously used AutoDS, and it did not convince me at all. Compared to HyperSKU, HyperSKU is ten times better in terms of fulfillment handling. HyperSKU is truly highly recommended.
