Service client vraiment présent, qui prend le temps de répondre à toute les questions et à nous aider en cas de problème.
Cependant, nous avons des bugs avec la mise en ligne de nouveau tunnel de vente avec cette application. Ca nous a aussi ralenti le site, et nous a apporté un taux de conversion plus bas.

Non lascio la quinta stella per qualche piccolo bug qua e là.
Cinque stelle al servizio clienti e ad Hemadri che ha risolto un grosso problema nel codice del tema anche se non era causato da questa applicazione!
Shopify se n'era totalmente lavato le mani...

Buena app y rapido servicio de soporte. Lo que añadiría es la posibilidad de limpiar el codigo una vez que la app no se este usando ya que el app realentece un poco la velocidad de carga y además nos ha pasado que aún desactivando un descuento la app lo seguía aplicando automáticamente. De todas formas el servicio siempre nos ayudo a solucionarlo, pero son cosas que si hubiera la posibilidad de limpiar el codigo desde algun botón esto no pasaría.

I finally met and made a customized drawer cart. I searched and tried all of the apps that can arrange carts. No one satisfied me except this app. After installing the app, I should adjust it of course. but I lack coding knowledge, So I contacted the support team of iCart Cart Drawer Cart Upsell. This application is really well done, very powerful and offers many possibilities: personalized texts, progress bar to reach objectives (free delivery, promotional offers etc.), forms, up-selling, etc. Very easy to use first, but the support team is also very efficient, helpful, kind and fast. I highly recommend it, especially for such a wee fare ;) Cette application est vraiment bien faite, très puissante et offre de nombreuses possibilités : messages personnalisés, barre de progression pour atteindre des objectifs (livraison gratuite, offres promotionnelles etc.), des formulaires, du up-selling, etc. Elle est non seulement très simple à prendre en main, mais l'équipe support en est plus très efficace, serviable, agréable et rapide. Je recommande vivement, surtout pour un prix aussi sympa.
