The Impact.com was very helpful during set-up on our Shopify site. Over the platform is super easy to use and definitely adds many non-traditional ambassador and influencer layers with the added affiliate marketing components.

This app is impossible to use as a small brand. it is the least intuitive app and the pages are al confusing. and the companies that contact me are all just discount bots. it's terrible.
Setting up Impact on our Shopify store has been a very straightforward experience. The process is clear, and the support team is excellent. Both our Account Executive and Onboarding Manager were very nice and professional, making the transition easy for us. We’re looking forward to seeing the results!

Impact has an excellent integration with Shopify that makes it an easy plug and play program. They strike a nice balance between being simple to configure but able to handle more complex business needs.
