I use Back in Stock to create a waitlist for when my classes are full. At least one student always drops at the last minute; having a waitlist means I can easily fill that slot and not lose out on a sale.

The support team is great: quick to reply and very accommodating.

Love, love, love!! The automation of this is really nice. While we rarely run out of product, it's nice to know that this option is there if needed.

The UI can use some improvements. An option to import subscribers from a CSV file would be nice, but the overall very useful app and great customer service.

Customer service from SpurIT is outstanding. I had a few glitches when I updated my theme (my fault!) and they were fabulous in fixing them really promptly. The apps works extremely well, would highly recommend.

We were having an issue with overlapping buttons on mobile, preventing the alert from showing. Egor answered my inquiry regarding the issue promptly and the problem was resolved by the next morning. Excellent Customer Service!
