Fast Simon AI Search & Filters

I was really impressed when I found the Fast Simon App. It looks like it can do everything I want it to do and maybe more. I am still setting everything up. I did run into some display issues, but Kate was able to figure out what needed to be changed and the problem was solved within minutes. This is the best search and filtering we have ever had on our site. Thank you.

This app is a no brainer if your store has a lot of products. The look-a-alike feature is awesome and does a great job of recommending similar products. If you take the time to add a lot of tags to your products, you can really develop great searching capabilities on your site to show customers exactly what they are looking for. Also, shoutout to Ed in customer service for all the help!

Works great and allows customers to easily find our products. We discovered an issue with our theme not integrating properly and I put in a ticket with the app on a Friday afternoon and got a response within an hour or two. I got several updates while they were looking into the issue over the weekend and they gave us easy instructions to fix it first thing Monday morning. Very impressed with the support!

This is a fantastic app! There are so many built-in features it allowed us trim down two apps we didn't need anymore. The customer service and support is first-class. The IS+ development team also helped us customize the look to match our site, along with continued tweaks as they arose, without hesitation. One of the best onsite search Apps I have used in my career. Tons of features and customizations that any user can take action on. One of the greatest values of instant search is their customer service. Extremely fast response times and if they can't resolve over email they will schedule a 30 minute session with you asap. Would highly recommend this app to anyone on the fence or in the midst of researching on site search software.

I just installed this app and am really impressed. We give all our product names a unique name that does not always have the keywords that people are searching for in the name of the product, so the native shopify search was not giving great search results. We installed this app and the search results are way better. The autofill feature is a lot more like the Google search experience, which is great because this is what people are used to.
