Intelligems: A/B Testing

We've been using Intelligems for our website testing, and it has been really effective. The platform helps us analyze key metrics, which has improved our understanding of user behavior and overall site performance.

The support team has been very responsive and helpful. Whenever we've had questions or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to reply and provide solutions.

Overall, Intelligems has been a reliable tool for our needs, and we're pleased with the service and results we've seen so far.

This app was a game changer for us - we detected a massive opportunity in profit per visitor within the first two weeks of our first price test. Also blown away with the data you get in their dashboard - it's exactly what you need to be confident in your decision.
The ability for non-technical users to set up and launch tests is awesome - and shout out to Hannah who spent the time to make sure our test was optimized and walk through our results with us.

this app is crazy good, functionality wise its great. CS is good and really if your looking for a A/B test on price I would be hard pushed to find something better.

Its a little on the $$ side, but once your in it is clear where the $$ go.

I would recommend you have a clear goal and problem before you start and if testing pricing, have your price points/COGS etc mapped out.

If you don't have a position for Price, A/B/C .

Would love to be able to add points in the test and expand exisiting tests but i get it.

Awesome app and fantastic customer service. Very responsive to any question I ever have. A/B testing isn't optional. Everytime I think a change is too small or too obvious to test, I'm proven wrong by the test results. Simple and intuitive design. You don't need to be an engineer to figure out how to use this. That said, one area that would be nice to see improved is how the app helps you interpret test results (e.g. assessing statistical significance). But customer service was yet again awesome in filling the gaps for us.

We looked at a lot of tools to help us with testing and are so glad we found Intelligems. The simplicity of the test setup with specific Shopify theme integration is super clean. When we don't know how to do something, the team at Intelligems is very responsive and helps us get things done on the spot. Couldn't recommend enough.

I've had an amazing experience working with Drew, Hannah, and the entire Intelligems team. Price tests are easy to set up and run. Their campaign feature has become our go-to A/B testing tool. Their reporting dashboard is user-friendly and makes it easy for us to understand the impact of our tests on total revenue/profit per session. Highly recommend!

I'm surprised to see mostly five star reviews for this app.
Having previously tested out Shoplift for landing page split testing and AB Convert for price testing, I came to Intelligems hoping to find an all-in-one solution.

Unfortunately, it's proven to be a major waste of my time. Here's what I wish I'd known before investing my time into this app:

- The UI is complex.
- To run a split test on landing pages you need to add custom code.
- If you have geo-redirects for subdomains you need to create redirects for every test region.
- If you want to run a price test, it's an extra $300 per month minimum (AB Convert offer this function for $50).

The alternative apps out there like Shoplift & AB Convert are both cheaper and, crucially, take minimal time to setup, run and interpret. When time is your most valuable resource, this is a major factor.

We have successfully used the Intelligems product to increase our AOV. We plan to use for future AB tests and know that they will pay off for our bottom line. The team at Intelligems is extremely helpful throughout the whole process and willing to walk through all steps with you. Great product and even better team, Highly recommend!

The tool goes above and beyond what we were looking for and the team is world class. They truly care about their customers and are building a tool that would impact any / all size ecom store.

Every step of the way they are looking to help their customers and improve their tool. We can measure a sizeable impact on both revenue and speed of launching test because of intelligems.

I have used most tools under the sun and they are typically bloated and not user friendly. Intelligems is different. I have recommended them to multiple stores from a few thousand dollars a day in sales to hundreds of thousands of dollars. They provide impact across the board.

The app is fantastic, the team is even better. Our team has been working with Intelligems for over a year and I can't say enough about how much we love this app. Intelligems has helped us determine what the best price for our products is, what a suitable discount threshold is, and more recently content testing. Our team has previously used two much larger, well-known A/B testing platforms for content and always felt that we weren't getting what we were paying for. Intelligems makes launching a new content test easy and provides the data you need to make easy decisions. They are always innovating and looking to improve their product and welcome feedback.
