Pathetic Customer support.Every thing is automated chat and doesn't answer your queries. there is no option to talk to a real person to solve your query. Just some shitty pre filled answers

We have been interakt for the last one year independently and now the shift to shopify has been seamless.All our data was transferred without any loss and easily.
WORSE ever, i cancelled my subscription on jan 9th, it did not work for 45 days for which they refused to refund. BUT BUT BUT, they did not guide to uninstall the app from shopify and later charged for 4 months, when i confronted them, they refused to refund. I cancelled the subscription on their dashboard with their customer suport on call. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. BETTER TO GET SHIPROCKET ENGAGE, they charge per msg instead of monthly scams like this
