I got superb support from the team and the application is very good. Connects with shopify quite easily. One of the best application for promoting your products on Whatsapp.
Catalog connects seamlessly with the platform. The only issue is that Whatsapp treats variant as a separate product, apart from this, it is quite a nice feature, works well.
It took 15-20 mins for all the products to sync with the platform. Apart from this, automated campaigns is one of the most useful feature & quick support from interakt team.

Catalog connects easily within minutes. Was easily able to fetch the collections from Shopify to the platform. The only concern is regarding the variant, I hope this gets resolved.
