Have been using Interakt for a month now. The customer support is really responsive and helpful. Really liked the automated messaging and notification system which keeps the hustle for you out of hand. Would recommend this platform for all the eCommerce businesses like ours.
This is the worst app I try in my business and I lose more than 1000 customers because of app errors and delays.
every day they send new updates.

Akansh from Interakt was really helpful in setting up the account & making automation work. We had a lot of doubts about a lot of things in the dashboard but while on call, Akansh made it look like a cakewalk. Appreciate all the help! The tool also is amazing & is giving us amazing results.
This app got the fundaments right, great for a company to get started with. But there are a lot of scopes for improvement to make it more convenient to use on the customer front. Hope they keep taking feedback and implementing to justify the costs with the competition. But overall great team!
your app is not opening, lagging in some actions. cant even sign in. please provide an update, have complained about it too. completely useless now the basic use case of the app which is abandoned cart and order intimation step by step is not getting fullfilled . We have been using Interakt to set up our whatsapp business api and manage order related, customer support and marketing communications. The onboarding with them was smooth. Overall the product and its features are good. The team is reachable to sort out the technical issue or queries that ever arises.
There are some basic key features like custom campaigns, auto-replies, catalog replies, templates, saved replies, and many more which are very much helpful and must feature for e-comm business. The best thing about Interakt is their support The only thing I am not happy about is the user interface and also would request the team to do something about converting COD orders to Prepaid.
I hardly write a bad review, but this app really deserves it.
1. The app has lesser functionality than WhatsApp itself. The original WhatsApp allows better business communication than this app.
2. Something as simple as reaching out to a customer is the biggest issue ever because I have to make templates of "Hi" so that I can reach out to my OWN customer.
3. I will get locked out of the app any time it chooses.
4. Messages will not load.
5. NO clear way of deleting an account.
