Its been 3 months that I have been asking Interakt team to stop Charging me $35 as I have stopped using their services, but there have not stopped charging me even after multiple reminders via raising tickets and sending emails . They dont even have a proper Customer Support Team to talk to and get our queries resolved .

The automated campaigns work well. Team was quick enough to help with automation part.
