We have had issues with the app showing that customers still owe .01 after fully paying for their order.
This isnt the end of the world but we have customers asking if they need to pay that .01, etc.
so we reached out to invoice falcon support multiple times with examples of the issue, asking for help to resolve it and did not hear back so we have now uninstalled and replaced it with order printer pro.

The issue you described was part of the older version of the app from before we took over, and it was not being maintained well at the time. Since then, we have rebuilt key parts of the system, improved accuracy, and significantly upgraded support response times.
If you are open to it, I would love for you to try the newer version or even just reach out so we can take a fresh look and make sure everything works correctly.

Great solution for sending PDF invoices not offered by shopify. Occasionally updates cause minor bugs but the support team responds quickly and correct issues extremely quickly (every time it has been minutes not even hours). Great support!
Very easy set up and a great invoice template, very easy to design a new one that looks great and has all the essentials.
Took me 5 mins to set up.
I had an issues with my prices because I wasn't sure which box to check for taxes and the team were really quick to sort it out and fix the issue.
Works well and I have used this App for around 8 months. It does me well and sorted our the issues with manual processing that I had prior to having this APP.

Perfect for what we need. Very rapid technical support as well if you run into trouble. Use it to send invoices and quotes every day.
it's ok. it glitches a lot. totals don't match what is on the order. service is good, but I cant wait weeks for it to fix, I need to be able to send invoices right away.

We’ve since released a completely new version of the app with much better accuracy in totals, faster document generation, and a far more stable system overall.
The earlier version you used was from before we acquired the app, and unfortunately it was not being properly maintained, which led to delays and inconsistencies like the ones you mentioned.

Very good invoicing app. We were able to use it with absolutely no issues. There are lots of customization features enabling us to design the invoices exactly as we needed. We are also able to account for tax rates in different countries.
The Invoice App fails to work as needed about once a month. Overlapping characters and text are a recurring problem that I have to call them to fix. Most recently, the App had difficulty loading and it took a minute for me to print an Invoice, instead of 10 seconds. It took 10 days for them to resolve the issue and that's just too long. I am now looking to see if I can find something more reliable.

We’ve since released a completely rebuilt version of Invoice Falcon that focuses heavily on speed and reliability. Document generation is now much faster, and issues like layout inconsistencies have been addressed at the core level.
The version you were using was from before we took the app back over. It wasn’t being properly maintained at the time, which led to delays like the 10 day resolution you experienced.

We have been using the app for our business and it has been the perfect find.
The settings are easy to understand and the invoices look perfect. It is very easy to download the invoice of the orders integrated with shopify. You don't need to enter any detail of the order.
The support team is also very helpful.
As we have just started out, we can't afford to pay every app, this is the best free invoice app providing 50 free invoices. As the business grows, we won't mind paying for this one!
