As soon as I dowloaded the APP I was created by a real live rep. It is not an AI generate response. I love the fact that this app has a live person response within seconds. Audrey was super helpful and very patient in helping explain some misunderstandings.
I installed Joy earlier this week and have had great service from Pamela when I had questions.

I haven’t tried the app to see how it actually works but I need to set it up on my store and Pamela was very helpful and patient guiding me how to set it up.
