I’m very happy with Joy Loyalty. The support team is incredibly responsive, helpful, and solution-oriented. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance during the setup process, they responded quickly and helped me find the right solution. The app offers great flexibility for building a loyalty program, and the support experience has made the whole process much easier. Definitely an app I’m happy to use and recommend!
Tried 3 loyalty program apps, Joy Loyalty is by far offering the best support; helpful to solve the problem & quite fast.
The UI of the apps is also quite user friendly & easy to use. 5 stars solely, & especially, for the support!
