The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team.

On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive.

The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.

The app offers what we were looking for: a progress bar and auto-added free gift function with a clean design. You can customize settings to fit your specific promotion type, and match the look to your site. The app is easy to navigate.

I tried this app, and it is excellent, but it's not quite suited for my current project's needs. Rohan from the technical support is fantastic, connected via Zoom to walk me through the setup when I need help. Strongly recommend giving this app a try. I will definitely consider using it for my other projects.

Kite's app works as it should to give me all the discount possibilities I could want, but more than that, their customer service is impeccable. If I can't figure out how to set a complicated discount up, they'll walk me through it and help troubleshoot. The best!

It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.

Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting methods seemed to work, and then it somehow magically started working again on its own. After several issues with this app integrating with my store in shopify, the customer service team at Kite worked wonderfully at solving the issues. They set up a time to meet with me to walk through the issues until we figured it out. I'm still testing the app with my site, but I'm hopeful it continues to work the way it has been designed.
