My reviews were not loading onto my page so I was not able to run ads on my product so I was going to download ali reviews but then Doris was helpful and resourceful fixing the problem for me and importing some of my ads for me and then help me fix the issue on my end and we get the most quality ads from LAI reviews

So far, the app has been super practical for me. It allowed me to import reviews from my Amazon page quite easily. There could be some improvements in terms of UX, but it works pretty well and lets you manage reviews however you want—delete, organize, etc. Customer support is good; I had Parker as a developer who helped me integrate with Google quickly and easily. I’ll keep using and recommending it.

Best review app! We tried soooo many other integrations and all of them were missing something. LAI has everything; it's easy to use, works smoothly and has a clean design. And to top it off their customer support team is quick to resolve any issues in a friendly way. Would reccomend.

Amazing App with Exceptional Support!

I absolutely love using the LAI Product Reviews app! It’s incredibly user-friendly and makes it so easy to download reviews from multiple sources. I was using Loox before, but this app is a total game changer, it’s way better in every way. Amazon reviews import was down for maintenance, reached out for support just to try to understand till when and if they got an ETA but to my surprise support agent Alena made extra effort to assist and handle the imports for me offline so I didn't have to wait for maintenance to be over. amazing works

The support team was super responsive and fixed my issue with GTINs missing from the google review XML file within 24 hours. They handled everything quickly and professionally. Great experience!

Great support so far. They responded immediately via live chat, helped me with some custom code by adding the star ratings to my product cards, and helped me fix all the issues I had. The app is easy to use, review widgets look modern and better than other apps, and I'm glad I switched to LAI Reviews.

So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..

This app is stellar! The tech service is fast and efficient. The app itself is robust without being confusing. The interface is simple, and each section is easy to add/edit/remove. Also, the tech chat is always open to suggestions for functionality. The reviews import super fast, so it is easy for site visitors to display.
