5 Stars because works correctly, easy to install and the customer service is excellent.
I had to reach out to them because I didn't like the placement of the reviews, they were able to correct that with ease and in the ideal place too!

Notably, there are only a limited number of apps that provide a free plan with multiple features like this app. highly recommend it!!
Very easy app to use and was helpful for us in getting our first reviews. Customer service is a live chat and never takes to long to get support. Would recommend to anyone wanting social proof for their site!
Excellent support from the LAI Reviews team! I reported an issue with the navigation arrows in our homepage reviews section, and Emily and the tech team looked into it right away. They clearly explained how the widget works and quickly fixed the arrows showing on reviews with only one image, across all 3 of my stores. Friendly, patient, and fast. Highly recommend this app and its support team!
