I have not gotten a ton out of this app yet, but it is very good. I just need to get the word out more about my affiliate program so people will sign up and increase sales. But their support is good, and the software is easy to use so I'll keep it going, and try to get more people using it.

I just started using this App. There are a lot of options for us to choose from. I usually go with customer service. I can tell you that this App has live chat and they respond to any questions very quickly. The backend is great and everything you need is here. Forget the rest and use LeadDyno

Very helpful. All these different apps you can use for Shopify can get confusing. LeadDyno helped me step by step to get my affiliate commission and discount code up and running! They didn't answer the phone, so I tried their customer support chat on their website, and she answered my question in like 30 seconds. I had been working for hours trying to find the solution on google... So pleased with the lady that helped me. Deidra Stark? Sounds like a fake name, but she was rad.
I've used LeadDyno for exactly 5 years and I've enjoyed the experience the whole way. I love how they integrated coupon code usage. App is so easy to understand and customer service is super helpful and willing to sort out any issue with loads of patience. Justin was a huge help the last time. Thanks team!

Great support, easy to install and set up, and a comprehensive system to track & pay affiliates. Definitely worthwhile if you need to set up a quality referral system on your store. Brett and his team give very personal support too, as well as proactive tips to get you set up and going. Highly recommended.
Their setup is easy however, their landing page says 24/7 support. I have yet to actually speak to someone in real time over either phone or chat. Just 'leave a message". Then I don't hear back from anyone. If you ever had to put out a fire, you'd be screwed. Will try out the rest of the month to see if it improves.
Great support, powerful admin options, easy management of affiliates and pay outs. LeadDyno is everything I hoped for and more in an easy to deploy affiliate program. Everything is fully customizable from affiliate commission rules and MLM tiers to affiliate dashboard UI appearance. Well thought out and supported app.
