LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

5-star review for customer support! I've gotten support multiple times from Adam and he always delivers the solution in a timely manner. We haven't launched our full-fledged affiliate program yet so I can't speak to actaully running the system quite yet... but set up was very simple and the dashboards are great and easy to use.

I've been using LeadDyno for a couple months now and it has been AWESOME!! Very easy and intuitive to use for both myself and our affiliates. Love the dashboard and automatic emails we can send out. Great program, very happy with the product and customer service!

This review is based on Customer Service alone. I'm still familiarizing myself with the app/program so I can't tell you how that's going for our business just yet. Customer Service so far has been stellar! Whenever I have a question or need clarification I click on the live chat option and I'm quickly linked to a customer service representative by the name of Deidra. Literally there has been no waiting time to reach someone. Deidra is very knowledgable about the app and quickly responds with an answer and includes documentation related to your concern. I'm looking forward to spending more time in the app and getting the program started. I'm sure I will later come back and update my review.

The support at LD is great. They helped to make sure that my affiliate links were working and even did a test order for me to confirm.

LeadDyno is the best solution for a small business looking to add an Affiliate Program. If you're at that stage, then you are likely running various CPC campaigns and LeadDyno helps to track the efficiency of those campaigns. Their system seamlessly syncs to Shopify as well as other apps like Mail Chimp. They use Live Chat so you can always get immediate assistance. LeadDyno is a great partner for a small company looking to get the analytics that usually only large companies can afford. Start with an Affiliate Program and get superior web traffic analytics!

I switched to it from OmniStar. Now why did I switch and where it took me, follows...:)

1. The app is very well intuitively built.
2. Things which are very complicated are logical and you can figure them out either by yourself or with their great training and support
3. Support is one of the best features of the leaddyno, It is pretty easy to schedule a consult, and they will actually do a lot of fine-tuning for you.

This being said, to conclude I can also have to say that even though this seems like the simple app. It is packed with awesome analytical features, which will allow you to understand your campaigns and e-commerce better. Make better business decisions.

I installed the LeadDyno app into my shopify admin and at first I was having some issues when testing whether the affiliate links were tracking throughout the checkout process. They were not, so I contacted their customer service via chat on their website which was super simple and they started a tech support ticket for me. I went back and forth with tech support to make sure I had things setup properly and eventually they found out the issue was an incompatibility with the Ajaxify Cart plugin that was on my shopify theme. I just had to uncheck the enable option for Ajaxify Cart and the problem was gone. They extended my free trial period since it took a little longer than expected to get the software up and running properly.
I like that LeadDyno lets me setup item specific commissions and the whole tracking system, payments and dashboard interface seem very top notch so far.

I had a $49/mo subscription on autopay and they started charging my card for $149 without my authorization for 10 months until I discovered the discrepancy in my bank account. When I reported it to them, they refused to refund the difference in charges. I gave them several chances to make it right and they continued to refuse, so now I am stuck having to report them to Shopify and contest the unauthorized charges with my bank.

Leaddyno's reply is that they sent an email informing of the increase. If they did, that is not good enough. The basic fact is that I did not authorize the tripling of the monthly charges. I had stopped using their service long before this happened, as it was not meeting my needs, and if I had seen an email, it would have only reminded me that I was paying unnecessarily for a service I don't use. They could have stopped providing service if they were not receiving the monthly fee they wanted, but charging the card without permission is unacceptable.

Love this app for all that it does. It helps manage affiliates on many different levels. Every agent has also been extremely helpful (and timely) with everything I have ever needed.

If you're using multiple methods of driving traffic to your site, DO NOT use this app. We've increased our add spend & SEO efforts and Lead Dyno wants to charge me more for these efforts. They charge based on overall traffic, which is unethical in my opinion.

I use Lead Dyno to manage our company's affiliate program. We have over 50 affiliate partners with our small company. But, they are all dedicated brand ambassadors. I like how easy it is for folks to sign up to be an affiliate through lead dyno, and it's also very easy to pay them through PayPal. I do, however, wish that there was an easier or more obvious way to track lead attribution. It's difficult to see which affiliates are driving the most traffic, and where unique visitors drop off from our site.
