Great support from Jennifer! She walked me through end-to-end implementation in less than 10 minutes! I'm impressed by this software's tracking capabilities, which go way way beyond the limitations of other apps that use discounts codes only. So far I'm a convert!
It's super easy to use and very intuitive. For all the things you don't know how to do, they have great documentation and the service reps are very helpful if you get confused by the documentation. They have very fast response time! Awesome affiliate marketing app!
LeadDyno is straight up powerful. We needed support for multi-level affiliate marketing, where affiliates can recruit other affilites and make money off of second-level sales. LeadDyno comes through with the more complex stuff. Adam the Support Manager is a hero too.
Update: Very pleased with the customer service. Working with Adam and he is willing to go the extra mile to keep customers satisfied. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I just discovered this App because I want to use the power of Affiliation for my shopify store, good features and options, and everything work great and I really appreciate the support help, very responsive and helpful for any question, and giving the good options ! KEEP UP The GOOD WORK
I really wanted this to work out and think it is a great service, but the customer service is really bad. It seems like there is only a handful of people working at the place and they just can't solve problems, troubleshoot or even follow up about simple concerns.
It was a really bad experience and not worth my money.
I've tried refersion, affiliatly and promote and nothing can be comparable with the user interface of lead dyno+THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER FAST AND EASILY REACHABLE.
Shoutout to Jennifer Goodman, customer service agent who answered to all my questions. I could feel her good energy through the leaddyno instant messaging platform.
I started my affiliate program with 'Omnistar Affiliate Software' but switched to LeadDyno because it had functions that I was looking for. I wanted to track the sales by affiliate link and their affiliate code. Also I wanted to give a different commission rate by the product. LeadDyno was only one affiliate program that satisfied all my request. Thank you LeadDyno!
