A must for German businesses. Massively helped me simplify my bookkeeping. It's very customizable, yet simple to use. Support is super responsive and helpful.
However, when setting English as the invoice language, only invoices are created in English. Invoice corrections (refunds) however are created in German. That's a big problem if your store language is English. When you issue a customer a refund, they'll be emailed a correction to their original invoice in a language they likely don't even understand.
UPDATE: The issue has been fixed. I can now confidently recommend this app!

Wie kann es sein das Rechnungen nicht erstellt werden? Support meldet sich nicht zurück. Vielen dank für nichts kann jetzt 2.500 Rechnungen neu erstellen. Nur Probleme mit der App und Lexoffice

Ich bin total begeistert von der Lexoffice App. Unsere Buchhaltung ist endlich automatisiert und wir sind immer und von überall auf dem neuesten Stand. Rechnungen und Gutschriften werden automatisch generiert. Vor allem bin ich aber vom Support begeistert (mega schnell und super nett). Ich hatte bereits das zweite mal Kontakt zu Berna. Sie war super kompetent und hat mir via Video step by step gezeigt was ich machen muss. Ich kann diese App sehr empfehlen (auch Menschen wie ich die z.B. keine Ahnung von Code oder ähnlichem haben, kommen super mit der App klar).
Überragender Support mit schneller Hilfe und immer mit einem offenen Ohr. Hammer! Besonderen Dank an Berna.
Die Lexoffice Integration für Shopify läuft wirklich super!
Der Support ist meiner Meinung nach nicht zu übertreffen.
Falls man mal ein Problem hat wird super schnell geholfen und auch oft mit kurzen Videos in denen auf die eigene Problematik eingegangen und Abhilfe geschaffen wird geantwortet!
Sehr gute Integration in Lexoffice, läuft bisher problemfrei. Der Support arbeitet schnell und professionell.
Vereinfacht die Synchronisierung von Bestellungen in Lexoffice ungemein. Einfache Bedienung und bisher reibungslos im Ablauf. Wir sparen täglich sehr viel Zeit und müssen ab sofort nicht mehr manuell Rechnungen in Lexoffice einpflegen.
Übrigens: Toller und professioneller Support, der mit Videoanleitungen persönlich unterstütz.
