I've just had it a few weeks but so far so good. When I first installed it, there was a serious problem. I emailed and no one got back to me so I uninstalled it. Several days later I was contacted. I re-installed and they fixed the problem right away.

I installed it twice. At first, I didn't think it was worth it and I uninstalled it. I gave it some time and decided to reinstall. ( you retargeted me like crazy) So, this time, It seems to be working better and is already contributing 21% of our sales.
For us, the best feature is that we can manually make cross-sell items. And being able to do that on multiple products at the same time... amazing!

Excellent customer support - efficient, quick to reply and very supportive. We've had this app for some time now and is great for cross-selling products and ensuring we have the opportunity to increase AOV during our customers' shopping activity. Highly recommended.
Their service and support has been very helpful in setting up this app. They were even willing to log in and help me adjust the color to better suit the dark theme I am using. Overall a great program, which only charges you once it pays for itself multiple times over!
