Michelle has been really helpful in fixing a glitch that caused the recommendation boxes to be pushed up and quickly removed the error messages that showed up on product/collection pages.
The Personalizer may not be the easiest to use, but the support team has been great in responding to requests for help!
The app is both simple to use but incredibly robust in the features available. We've been especially impressed with the support offered. They respond quickly and not only resolve issues and answer questions effectively, but have even pointed us towards improvements on our site beyond the app. Highly recommend!
Most comprehensive product suggestion with last items viewed app i have found. It helps get products in front of the customers which in turn helps move more inventory. If your looking for a simple way to boost sales and a better suggested products feature then whats built into most themes give this one a try.
Just started using LimeSpot and their support team is phenomenal. They have help files/articles. And they actually respond quickly. Also the app is highly functional -- it does more than upsell/cross-sell. You can integrate with Klaviyo etc. Hope they continue to invest/grow -- they really have a great product.

Awesome app, the only issue I have is that the Targeting Tool (at least for me) is quite slow and gets frustrating when you have over 200 products that each need to have their keywords adjusted. If there was some way of bulk editing a group of items that have similar features, it would make this app really fantastic :).
I just started using this app only a week ago. Super friendly and helpful team who helped me personalize and set up the app in less than an hour. The team also extended my trial for 2 weeks so I can see how the application is improving my store overall.

Limespot has been great so far with helping increase our average order value. Very versatile app. Being able to accurately cross-sell and upsell products is a huge deal for us. Just started with the app but already see tons of great ways to fine-tune the shopping/selling experience of our site.

Excellent app with great, very responsive support. I had an issue involving needing some help with setting up the way our Upsell box presented its variable product information.
