I was trying to work out how to get good product recommendations, then found Limespot...its brilliant at it. I had a problem when I turned off too many collections, but the support was quick and instantly knew the answer. I have been able to change the boxes to fit in with my website the way I want, and I only pay when its being used. Fantastic.
Extremely easy to install and it is actually showing me where people have clicked on the suggestions! I am getting a lot more multiple page views per visitor which helps a lot. Also, I added the specific page where the user can login to the top banner and it will show the user products on my store that they would like the most. Its pretty awesome.
Limespot is super cool, and the support is awesome: Helpful, kind, and smart folks who do the heavy lifting for you and always respond right away. Great people, great app, and they keep making it better.
I also appreciate how the Out of the Sandbox themes are made to gel perfectly with Lime Spot.

I'm finding lots of bugs with this app and as it has become more sophisticated, it's become more difficult to use. e.g. If I try to make configuration changes, it just seems to fall over and I can't access it for a few hours as it resets. Probably user error, but even so, it shouldn't behave as it is. I'm on the verge of swapping for another recommender engine.

This app is one of our favorite. It's a must have if you're running a Shopify store! Hands down the best personalization and recommendation app and engine for Shopify! We tested them all and are planning to stick with LimeSpot. They have great responsive support and are always working to tweak their recs. We love the rich features and ability to customize everything.
One of our favourite apps we have on our store, hands down. Incredible custom support, easy customization done via LimeSpot's help or on your own, and a solid dashboard to track all sales and metrics. The system is intelligent to cross sell items on it's own adopt to trends, or you can set them up yourself. Easily one of the best apps on Shopify - highly recommended!
This app has been great and has helped toward increasing our monthly sales, along with us putting a much bigger investment into our marketing and getting people to our website. Limespot has been a great tool to have working on our site to regain some of the increased investment in bringing traffic to it. Definitely recommend it and a very fair pricing structure too!
