It's very rare to see an app where the developer actually has thought about the interface as well as how the customer would interact with the app. Combine this with a premium and blistering fast support and you have the only options app you would probably ever need. It's also a pleasure to see an app with full functionality on the free plan to allow you to grow along with the paid plans. All in all very well executed.

I have explored virtually every product option app for Shopify and this one is the best. Very robust fields available. Beautifully integrates into themes UI. Some killer new beta feature that you won't find on other apps like Dimensions and price formulas. Support is excellent and has been very responsive and helpful with my millions of questions. Highly recommend this app for any stores with large option sets or complex product configurations.

Michael, the founder, beyond a doubt provided the best customer service I have ever had from any Shopify App. My configuration was complicated and I had tons and tons of very specific questions: he answered each one patiently and professionally - I am beyond impressed. We used Live Product Options to offer customizable branding heads that can be designed and previewed "live" by our customers, including text and premade graphic options. The support provided by Michael and the CloudLift team has always been excellent and timely. This application offers far greater customization options and a much nicer interface than other apps, and at a lower monthly cost. Their pricing plan is incredibly fair and allows for even small startups to feature beautiful product experiences. If you're looking for a product options app or are frustrated with your current implemented app, this app deserves your attention.

Overall the app is really really good.
Fits what my product needs with the abilities to customize and preview. The dashboard is really beautiful and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Much better than alot of apps I tried.. It is quite neccesary for merchants that customize in this way to be able to create variants that connect/generate SKU's as producing these designs requires really good tracking while the order list is being made. If you manage to create that this app will be a hugeeee success. There are no apps doing that in it's critical. Let me know if you are working on that I would be glad to help beta test it on my store.

I was looking for a way to personalize cat collars on my store. I only needed an option for a name and a charm. I tried another app, and it was way too complicated, especial for this simple task. After days of frustration with the other app, I contacted Live Product Options and they told their app could do what I wanted. They were right. It was so simple! Let me tell you, I've gone through (almost) all the product options apps in Shopify, and this one is the best by far. I almost didn't use their app because a couple weeks ago they didn't have the price add-on feature. But Michael told me they were working on it and it would be added soon. I didn't think much of it because really feature add-ons can sometimes take days or years to implement. But he emailed a couple weeks later that it was added, and lo and behold it was! So I started switching over from the other app I was using and was so happy with how well this app was built. They are super helpful with any issues, and willing to hear feedback and requests. Prior to this, we had tried Zepto's Personalizer, which unfortunately did not support multi-currency or Shopify market, an essential feature for international customers. This led us to switch to Live Product Options, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the decision.

As many others have mentioned, I too have tried more than a few of the "live preview" apps but none of them offer the functionality as this one does. With this app, there is a live preview, price add-ons, advanced conditional logic (if needed), and great support. There is a learning curve, but I will say that the way this app is set up, seems to be more intuitive than other apps but it doesn't take long to catch on with the added help docs and videos plus the support if needed. I've reached out on 2 separate occasions and had a timely response from Michael (awesome customer service by the way) and was really surprised how quickly he responded to my questions. Also, I love that this app does not require some crazy placeholder for the cart like other apps that may deter customers from purchasing when additional price options are added. For future updates to the app, it would be nice if there was a way to have a pop-up window vs the customization options on the page (unless there is one already and I just missed it, lol).
