LPO Live Product Options

Just moved all my custom options to this app 100%. I started using their other app Upload Lift ( so customers can upload photos and files ) and I was so impressed with the ability to upload multiple files at once because no other app allows you to do it without making an extra field for each file and it was just getting too busy if you need to collect 4 or 5 images. So I was using their uploader in combination with other custom options app but when I heard that they are launching their own custom option app I was really looking forward to it so I can keep my options all under one app. At first, it didn't have a price add-on option but Michael said that they are working on adding this feature and as promised it was added just 2 weeks later. Had some issues with the price add-on feature and my currency converter app but Michael took care of it and now everything is running as expected and the product page looks super clean and professional. Best file uploader and custom product options app from all I have tried. Took a bit of time to get used to navigation but once you get the feel of it it's a straightforward process. Thanks again !

I must say- this is the BEST personalization app out there. I first reviewed a total of eight (8) other apps, and then installed but deleted three (3) others that were just too hard to figure out, before settling on this one!! This app was pretty much really easy to setup myself, and I am not the best at this, after only having my shop for about a year. The others I deleted were too complex, and I couldn't get help for their support fast enough to make sure I wasn't making any mistakes and losing money. Michael usually responds within a few hours- (we're in NY- he's in Europe). There was one issue where we had a Buy x Get Y 50% off coupon and the app was discounting every applicable item at first- as it was not configured for complex discounts on multiple items (only one in a BOGO setup) in "Draft order" mode. Please note- this was an issue because we charge for personalizations, and would not have been noticed if our personalizations were free. That issue was temporarily resolved by disabling "Draft order" mode, but it then created a minimal product total which upped the product count ( this could be confusing as the price was still accurate). Michael- went in and made a fix that corrected the issue throughout the app. Therefore these complex discounts- even automatic ones- now process seamlessly in Draft Order mode, with proper cart and checkout calculations/ discounts. We really appreciate all their help in allowing us to add this app to our site in a way that meets all our needs. It's easy to integrate and if you are stuck, they are super helpful. Super fast response and helpful information sent to make sure we get all things covered. Andy helped a lot.

If you need text overlays and you need to be able to accommodate product variances for descriptions and materials then this app this for you. It worked wonders for our store!!

Do not hesitate to use this app! It's the best we have used, and we've tried the majority of the apps in the store. Not only is it the best app right out of the gate with it's functionality, but the customer support has solved every issue we've had very quickly. It's rare you come across a customer support team as helpful as this company provides. I would give it more than 5 starts If I could.

Wow. I can't recommend an app any higher. After searching and downloading at least 5 other Product Variation apps, finally one that ticks all my boxes:
- I really wanted to keep our Variant selection on the main "Collection" page (must use the 3 Variant options that Shopify offers natively) to show all the Variation swatches that our products offer. This was the only app that seemed to work off of that which makes it so much easier for us to add more options "ON TOP" of SHOPIFYS 3 options. This app simply offers much more flexibility.
- I'm amazed at how fast Michael's customer service has been been and he's definitely gone far & beyond helping me with every issue I've had. I can go on and on every detail how this app is so much better. We're just so glad to finally have found an app that works for us & can't recommend this higher. We'd give it 10 stars.
