Merchants recommend this app for complex product configurations and personalization, including made‑to‑measure items, engraving, jewelry, and sample packs. They highlight powerful formula-based pricing that works with volume discounts and BOGO, plus a reliable live preview that boosts engagement. Many praise the rich feature set, fair pricing, and built‑in AI tools, and repeatedly describe support as exceptionally fast, hands-on, and willing to implement custom solutions.

An incomprehensible app. I worked on it for 10 days to figure out how to set up a customization, but understanding Aramaic is easier. I've been working on product configurators for various CMSs for 15 years, and I've never seen a more confusing and needlessly complicated configurator in my life. There are video tutorials where you can't understand anything about what you're supposed to do, there's no prerequisite for what to do, a diagram, steps, nothing. Everything is left to chance.
Super application !!
