Great app! With an intuitive interface, real-time previews, and flexible option settings.
Very professional app, currently the only one that supports true layer configuration.
So far this app has done everything I need and at a very reasonable price, with fast responses to any questions I had during the setup process.
Whenever I emailed with a question or concern, they quickly responded with either a resolution or their next actions within a few hours. This app is one of easiest to learn thanks to their helpful customer support videos, and it gives a great final product on my store. I highly recommend this app.
It's a great app, but more importantly, the team behind the app is fantastic.
I am using all their apps on several stores.
The support team is amazing. They solved every problem I had within 24 hours.
This app is fantastic!! Tech support is fantastic also!! Happy I found this app solves all my needs!
This is the best customization app for showing a preview of an uploaded image on a product by far. It does everything I need it to do flawlessly.
Michael is awesome and so is his app. He's an excellent communicator, replies quickly and always solves my issues and answers my questions. He set up a beautiful product for me. Highly recommend!
at this moment this is the most complete app to personalized items. Very suitable for custom solution, fast and intuitive design. The technical support is one of important reason to suggest this app: fast and professional.
I don’t usually get so motivated to do reviews but the 'Live Product Options’ is really an amazing and robust app. We’re using it on our MetalPrintMaker.com website for image upload, live visualisation and proofing. After trawling and testing many other apps, we discovered this one, that we soon discovered is in a class of its own, not just in terms of features and functionality but overall cost effectiveness too. What’s more, the help and support is first class! We’re also using their ‘Image Lift’ app to handle the upload process to manage the high res files. This has some great features to prevent low resolution print files being uploaded. Both apps are so flexible and can be used for so many POD and personalisation applications.
