I have been using Live Product Options for almost a year now, and I even have the app on both of my stores. I have messed around with almost every custom product option app in the Shopify app store, and can confidently say Live Product Options is the best one amongst them for my very specific needs.

While there is a learning curve and some features I wish they did offer, their customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you set up your products and troubleshoot problems. Since I am still creating one of my sites, my listings are very complicated and I ask them a million questions weekly. Michael is SO patient, helpful, and knowledgable. The customer service is quick to solve issues, which is critical when your store is live.

I am also a big fan of their pricing. It allows the store owner to pick and choose what features we want and need, and starts at a lower charge for stores starting out without a lot of orders.

Definitely give this app this a try if you need live preview for your products. Highly highly recommend it!

This is a great app for adding customizations to products that otherwise wouldn't be possible with normal Shopify. Great app and support team.

Michael provided great support on some compatibility issues with my theme. Great experience from the get-go and so far, the app does everything I need. - Seamless installation
- Decent array of product options to choose from
- Proper conditional logic
- Proper syncing/update of prices on product option selection Hopefully, we can see inventory syncing in the future to help with inventory management. (When using the app as a 'bundle-like' feature)

I recently switched my theme and was having an issue with the live preview showing up. Turns out it was a simple solution, but for the life of me, I couldn’t figure it out. So, I reached out to support. I wasn’t expecting too much since it’s right before the New Year, but I got a response immediately and a solution shortly thereafter. If I could give this app 10 stars I would. Not just for the awesome support but also the functionality. My store offers the consumer a few options on their personalization, and I need to put as much creative work in their hands as possible. Live Product Options allows me to do this. The front-end is so intuitive my “flip-phone mom” can even understand it. If you are looking for a way to offer your customers a way to visualize their custom creations, I encourage you to check out this app. Best part is that its free until you reach a certain number of sales and then it’s quite reasonable after that.

When I've used this software to set up custom products, I've had problems needing help from customer service, but the most I've gotten in response is to check the self-help documentation. I have clearly explained to customer service that I am having problems setting up a custom product and have recorded a video about it and sent it to him. But the response was "we can't help customers set up the product", which is really frustrating. As a paying customer, I just want the customer service to guide me through the setup of this custom product. That's all. But it seems to be difficult for them. So, I have to warn shopify sellers who want to use this software. They are not very friendly. I've been using this software for 4 days now and I haven't finished setting up a custom product yet. It's too bad.

NEW FEEDBACK: terrible service, I left them a 1 star message feedback. But instead of communicating with me nicely, they said I was extorting them. They said I had to delete this message before they would fix the problem I was experiencing. I decided that I will sue them at shopify for the app.

This app has greatly improved the efficiency of my parcel delivery services. Additionally, the support provided by Michael and his team has been outstanding—they've assisted me without charging for most of the help I've requested. If you're looking for an app that can dynamically calculate prices for products and services, I highly recommend this one.

I highly recommend this application. After working with several product option applications, I have found this to be the best. The support team provides insightful information. The team at Cloudlift is highly skilled at problem-solving. Michael, the individual assisting us- went above and beyond.

This is one of the most unfriendly apps I've ever used. It is too complicated for a non-programmer, your average person setting up a website. I spent well over 50 hours trying my best to make it work with out success.

Honestly the support is exceptional, i know i am always annoying them with requests and stupid questions but. they always reply in the most professional and informative way,

they go on endless threads with me on emails and even share visual explanations made for my case scenarios ... even offered to jump on call with me to explain things in detail for my requests.

Honestly without this app and their 24/7 support we are nothing ... especially today is weekend, support is literally still helping me out.. i dont see this from any other apps on the market i swear!!
