Pretty straightforward. I'm just a soap gal trying to live in a tech world, and I'm able to use Loox. Can't get much better than that!
5/5 stars for customer service — thank you so much to Ken S, Izza P, and Rain M for all their help! The user settings could definitely be improved (i.e. being able to change the review and star color schemes and settings per each page, or being able to change the widget color schemes per each page/widget), but the app is fantastic for collecting reviews from customers.
