Really strong support experience with Sathiya.
Our business hit a rough patch this year and our plan cost became difficult to carry. Sathiya took the time to understand the situation properly, took it to his director, and came back with something that genuinely eased the pressure. He also confirmed all the details in writing without me needing to ask twice, which I appreciated.
