Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

Absolutely superb app. the heat maps option is not only addictive but very useful. If you are looking for a way to track your customers habbits and clicks then this is the app you should have installed. We have integrated it into Bikini Luxe and really love its fluidity. Also it is a steal at its price because of the live chat option. This normally costs a lot more from other apps, is not as fluid and does not have all the options that lucky orange has. Something worth being noted is that the number of customers you have will not be the same as Google analytics because of the way that things are tracked. But overall well well worth the price.

Not sure what's better, the app itself, or the customer service! They are both what you would hope to expect from a Shopify Plus platform and this is rare. This app has been a tremendous help to us and we couldn't imagine being without it. This app allows us to evaluate the customer experience and flow while navigating our site, troubleshoot glitches, problems with checkout, etc., all recorded for playback, review and the ability to send the recorded errors/glitches to Shopify Support. Incredible App! I was able to see the Shopify Calculating Shipping Options, was hanging/timing out. I was able to grab a recording to show this as proof to Shopify, to troubleshoot. This was causing customers to abandon checkout. I would have never known, if I didn't have this incredible app!

So far, so good. Great to get a real time insight into client behavior on the site. Do arrange the free call to help guide you through the app as it's a great opportunity to find out everything the app can do for you / how it works. Justin was great at guiding me through the various functions. It is unfortunate that Shopify has limited the viewing of the checkout process only to subscribers of their highest paid subscription service as this is a very important stage of the client experience. Hopefully they will change that back to way it was previously where all Shopify merchants were able to see their client behavior throughout the complete transaction rather than holding this important and valuable piece of client information to ransom for the very few that can afford it. Shame on you Shopify. I love what you do and this is an unpleasant side of you I haven't come across before.

Well, imagine those same analytics with far more robust information, and then actual recordings of website visitors—mouse movements, clicks, pauses, everything. That's what you get with Lucky Orange.

LO gives you the most detailed information possible—whereas Google Analytics only shows you referring domains, LO shows actual pages, so you can see in an instant where each visitor is coming from. You can follow each visitor through your site in real time, or just click to see a sequential list of pages they've visited.

The $10/month would be the best $10 you'd ever spend in the app store, even if it was just the amazing user recordings and realtime analytics. But there's also a chat engine and a bunch of other goodies thrown in to boot. I really can't recommend this highly enough. My only caveat is that you have to set aside time to watch the recordings—they are so useful, so informative.....and so addictive.

Great little app. Excellent for Quality Assurance and identifying customer experience. Chat only support but solid and definitely worth what we have been paying.

I have 3 sites connected to Lucky Orange and I love the chat and live recordings, makes life so easy and improves customer service. Support from Lucky Orange is always fast and friendly- highly recommend!

love the app , so far I am still testing it . its great to see where my clients come from, what they search and finally if they buy or not. will see if it worth keeping the app,I am using the 10 euro contract but no I reach my limit already, don't want to invest more money at the moment.

They have very helpful customer service
Just hopped off a call and the representative was supper nice any question she didn't know she didn't pretend she knew (like a lot of egoistic saas companies) She just authentically answered no one ever asked me that I will need to ask the development team.

Stopped working, no reply from support. You used to be able to talk to the owner. All these companies are way too full of themselves. I am using programmers to make changes for a flat fee, don't get suckered into paying monthly fees for apps. It will be 10 years later and you will see all the money you wanted. Stop paying these vultures.
