This app does not work.
The support is non existent, has been around 72 hours since I had dropped a query regd the app not showing any data/ not opening up still there is no reply.
Please be careful before subscribing to their prepaid plans.

Great app – I've been using it for a few years now. It's still a very useful tool for understanding customer activity. The only limitation is that we can't see when a customer scrolls down, as the screenshots remain fixed at the top of the page.

Super application qui permet de suivre l'activité des clients sur notre site, et notamment de revoir leurs sessions pour savoir ce qu'il n'allait pas ! La période d'essai est assez longue pour évaluer toutes les possibilités que procurent cette app. Je recommande.

Un'app che tutti i venditori dovrebbero avere, sono rimasta molto colpita, mi permette di capire come si muovono i miei clienti grazie ai video registrati, mi da una visione del mio sito e mi permette di capire cosa funziona e cosa no. E solo nel periodo di prova sono riuscita a fare molti miglioramenti. Mi piaciono anche le notifiche sonore che segnalano eventi decisi da me (esempio quando qualcuno entra sul sito). Other than the heatmaps, which was what I was looking for, I found the recorded session of the customer's journey throughout the site very insightful. Also, there are features such as pop-up announcements and surveys which are very neat additions and you won't have to juggle around multiple apps.
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their camouflage nick name of the visitors. Definitely recommend this app to those who are looking for functions like heatmap plus many more.
