It's amazing to have a tool to improve your store design. Lucky Orange is the best i tried so far.
Very detailed reviews and you can select the most important ones (checkout, added to cart).
Also the heatmap is a must.
I recommend it for any shopify store.

So far my experience with lucky Orange has been great!
The app has enabled me to make better decisions for content and all round navigation on my e-com website thanks to precise customer path/ clic data.
The onboarding process was very easy and made much better by an personnalised call with an account manager.

Lucky Orange hilft definitiv, das Nutzerverhalten zu verstehen und den Onlineshop basierend darauf zu optimieren. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich. Einzig die begrenzte Anzahl der getrackten Sitzungen pro Monat finde ich ein bisschen ärgerlich.
Es klingt, als hättest du direkt in die Einblicke eintauchen können und Wege gefunden, deine Website zu verbessern. Ich würde gerne hören, wie der direkte Blick auf das Verhalten und die Erfahrungen der Kunden einen so großen Unterschied für deinen Shop machen kann. Bezüglich der begrenzten Anzahl an Sitzungen würden wir uns freuen, uns zu verbinden, um einen Plan zu finden, der sowohl zu deinem Budget als auch zu deinen Verkehrsbedürfnissen passt. It didnt work for our Impact theme, the hole recording is gliched so we sadly could not use the replays feature. The support said, its currently a bug but it will not be fixed right now. There was no more effort to try and fix my issue. I asked for a refund since the app is not wokring like intended, that was over a month ago, i was charged with 40€ even after chainging the plan to free.
I even have the promis for the refund written, on email, but sadly that has not happened jet.

We appreciate your feedback. The custom Shopify theme you’re using handles image carousels in a way that prevents Lucky Orange from capturing visitor data. Additionally, your refund has been issued, and we appreciate your patience. As I mentioned in my email, we had to wait for Shopify to charge you before we could issue the refund. That’s why you saw the charge on your account, which we then immediately refunded once it came through.

Really helps us understanding how the user interacts with our system, 1 star minus as it cant track vector tracing which would be super useful for our shop

Lucky Orange is such a hidden gem! We had an onboarding call with Justin Tomlinson who showed us all the features of the app and I'm blown away! Implementierung war super einfach in Shopify. Lucky orange hilft mir, das Verhalten der Kunden die meine Webseite besuchen besser zu verstehen. Nun hoffe ich bald besser Conversions zu haben mit den neuen erlangten insights.
Auch sympathisch, dass sie ein Gratisversion anbieten. Somit kann man die App einfach testen und auch als Kleinunternehmen kostengünstig Daten generieren/visualisieren.
