so far its been a great experience. a couple of minor issues, but they are resolved by using chrome. its been a great tool into insight into customer behavior

Doesen't even let you register after installation, just giving error "can not use this email".. waste of time and energy!!
Over the weekend our system encountered an error that prevented merchants from creating a Lucky Orange account. The issue was resolved quickly, and you should have received an email from our team with instructions to complete the account creation process. Multi-functional customer analytics app.
I can see how my customers interact with the website, allowing me to change features around. What looks good vs. what IS good will always be two different things; this app allows that type of transparency. Implementation was easy. I was able to have it up and running within a couple of hours of just poking around. My only critique is I would like to dashboard's timezone to be adjustable. Overall absolutely solid and extremely helpful.
