Microsoft Channel

so far everything has worked very easy. I hope I get more activity for free than googles service. Thanks for this opportunity, Microsoft. Using insider edition, edge browser.

App won't important any of my products, they're not even in pending, and it's been three days. This has been a waste of my time.

As many other businesses Microsoft suspended our AD account 10 minutes after we created it. They gave no reason and when we contacted support they said the decision is final and they cannot give a reason. It is funny because we have verified accounts on almost all other platforms, Google, FB, Tiktok, Twitter, Linkedin, Pinterest and run ads and sell on these platforms It seems like they have a very biased AI that just suspends account and they have no recourse. Even emails sent to support come up with an auto response that Account is suspended but they cannot tell the reason.

if someone can please contact us because we cannot even get past the sign in page so we cant do anything

Very friendly app and easy to use. I recommend this marketing tool 100%. I'm a First-time user with no experience at all, but this app makes me feel like a Pro.

I could not, for the life of me, get it to work. I tried re-installing multiple times. I gave up after multiple attempts.

Taking into account the site is safe - its a nice place to download most basic software avoiding thorough searches all over the net. Products for end user are good. They use microsoft product easily. The latest iteration of Microsoft's online Office 365 puts Microsoft firmly in the front seat in terms of office productivity. I don't know how other Shopify stores have managed to get this app to work (according the recent reviews) but for the life of me (and MS support and Shopify support) it will not work. I am so disappointed too. I keep getting a message saying "cannot validate your credentials at this time, etc." I've been uninstalling and (attempting) reinstalling multiple times over the past week and still nothing. Sure wish Someone out there would figure out what's going on :(
