Minta Social Videos Auto Post

Over all this is a really good app. Out of all of the apps I use this one is by far my fav! Easy to use is an understatement, it pretty much does all of the work! Plus I get emails with tricks, tips and advice. If you have a clothing or fashion brand on shopify, this app is a must have!

I love the different ways to advertise with the app. There a ton of cool variations and the music is motivating. The only thing I do not like is when the app picks up the duplicate listing I am using to add another listing to my website. It is a draft so I do not understand how the App picks it up.

I am using the free version at the moment! But I just posted my first ad in seconds! I have an online only Boutique store via Shopify so product presentation is extremely important. This app just made my day! What would have taken hours took seconds and such good quality videos too! I'm totally here for it!

I used to make all of my marketing videos on my own... But now that I have gotten much busier, Minta has become a God-send! It not only helps me automate my videos within seconds, but it posts them to all of my social networks daily! Such a useful service! I also enjoyed my marketing call with Lindsay!! She has such a wealth of knowledge!

In all honesty, this is a great and simple app to use. It connects to my store + products, from there it simply uses the pictures that are already being used in my products and creates videos that are automatically published for me. The only thing I wish they had is a way to auto upload to youtube, and also a way to publish pictures on certain platforms like Instagram or interest.

Amazing App and awesome support team! Very talented and creative leaders. They help you with ads which improves your ROIs and increase your chances to be seen, Easy way to bring traffic to your store and be seen by the public. I would definitely recommend this app for new businesses as well as established and busy stores. You only set up the app with few clicks and Minta does the rest! ROCK ON!!

Thanks to his efforts, my issue has been successfully resolved, and I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service and support provided by the entire MINTA team.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible customer service experience. Responses were consistently delayed or non-existent! The company failed to fulfill their promise of resolving my issue. I lost all the content I had created and paid for before the app update!

I installed this app on two of my Shopify stores and I cannot say how blown away I am at the level of automation I received. This is amazing. The auto feature took 15 minutes to set up and it posts EVERY SINGLE DAY to my Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest without any more work on my end! I have paid $40 a month for one post a day on one platform, so to receive this type of posting for less than half of that price, it's amazing. Then, to top it off, you can manually post as well. I'm a user for life. This is an amazing platform as has given me more time to work on my business since I don't have to stop and post to social media or even decide what to post, what to say, etc. You will love it. Another Update:

After working with them and them being responsive, their software broke and has been some days since. Their explanation is that it’s a Facebook issue. I’d spent a great deal of time getting familiar so that I could set up a month of planned posts and promos for my store.
I got no warning there was an issue and even after not much in the way of updates, by that I mean 0 updates. No other software I use had been ‘broken’ by a Facebook update. I have worked in the tech field for over 20 years and know it generally does not take more than 48 hours for companies like Facebook and Apple to correct app breaking issues.
What appears is these guys contacted the lot of us to get their reviews back up and then have left us high and dry. I’m dropping my review back to 3 stars and will drop it again if I’m still having the same issue by Monday. Really sad if this is now a new company doing the same thing. If it’s not Facebook then tell your customers what’s happening and be responsive as you were when you were trying to get me to change the review. They were nice enough to extend the free trial but if it doesn’t work if the software doesn’t work.

Minta has been taken over by a new company who reached out to let me know they would be the beginning in a new era of customer service excellence. So far they have been super responsive and helpful! Excited to work with them to grow our site and business!

This is not for the software but for the customer service. I tried it, canceled and went to look at a few others before I decided. I decided I’d go with Minta and asked if they had any New Year deals…it’s been 4 days and not a word. This concerns me because if I needed help, this is how they handle customer service. I;m a small business and we all here know time is money. Won’t sign up with someone who can’t answer one simple question.

UPDATE: First let me say AGAIN WOW Customer Service is a Really Big Deal for me. I’ll hold forever as long as I get good service. Good Customer Service doesn’t just resolve the issue A good CSR will resolve the issue and give you knowledge. THIS COMPANY, THIS AP, Minta is that and so much more. I am shocked at how good the rep was. Didn’t expect her to be nice, helpful, share knowledge let alone understand or care. I expected what we’ve all had, forever to respond, hateful, rude, unhelpful left without answers, and feeling like an inconvenience. Not Minta, their CSRs aren’t your everyday CSR, She had knowledge because she has been where we, you, and I are. She explained everything in detail until she knew I got it. At first, I was disappointed, but it was because I didn’t understand, and I missed a few key things then she showed me and I’m like WoW. I will say this, you only get 5 free video downloads so use them wisely. I wish I had known that beforehand and I would have been more careful, but the templates are beautiful, uplifting eye-catching. It picks your company colors from your logo!!! It’s already sized to fit your social media so NO RESIZING. It posts for you across 3 social media platforms, It tells you that it's going to and does what it says! AGAIN WOOOOOOW. It even has an at a glance calendar to see what’s going to be and has been posted and where! Look, just try it. OH, you can even try it BEFORE the 7-day trial. WHO DOES THAT!? I have never seen an app that lets you try it before the 7-day trial. The designers of this app are so smart they know what we need and want, and poof made it. It does need a few tweaks here and there but nothing that can’t be worked around. Bring it to their attention and they will fix it. And this is a one-of-a-kind real deal helpful app. Just get it. I PROMISE you will love it. If I could add anything besides WOW, WOW, WOW JUST GET IT ALREADY, I would Love to be a tester for anything beta they offer! I tried to mess it up and couldn’t just incredible. Did I mention WOW!
