Arigato Automation

The devs are so promptly helpful and patient, and I can feel how eager they are to improve their app base on the user experience.

Excellent app - has a lot more functionality than Shopify Flow. Their team is really responsive and has gone above and beyond to create customized workflows for us.

We originally installed this app because we needed to create workflows based on warehouse location, not just total inventory across all locations. Shopify's native workflow application Flow doesn't currently support this. What we've found is that Arigato works great for that, and so much more! I'm already using 8 different workflows that were available in their library or that Arigato's support team created for me. Their support team has been quick to respond & helpful in setting up workflows when I didn't know where to start. 10/10 recommend

This is the most useful (and fun to use) app I use on my store!!

It does exactly what it says plus also really easy to use in ways and to automate repetitive things I do every day.

I was originally going to have a private app created to solve these problems though as Mr Arigato allowed me to solve these problems elegantly this is no longer necessary.

I also found the customer support from the developers to be above and beyond any other app I've used (and I've used quite a number in my time - haha). They even added the ability to create a redirect to the order status page url so customers can go to a shortened URL and be redirected to the right spot.

This is definitely worth trying and as far as I know the only app that allows you to automate your website.

One of the worst support in shopify, those guys can take 3 days to respond and when they do its so un useful, the idea is there but the implementation isnt.

Texts dont work and nothing is actually automated.

Wow Fake??? dude we have paid 5 invoices, you just made the viewers see through your unprofessional attitude and ego! Put them both aside and maybe you will get some kind of subscriptions.

This is exactly why we left the app, it was simply because you hardly answer our questions and you are hardly ever professinal to begin with.

To those who just came across this app, the app doesnt work with texting and here is why!

Customers in North America will use a +1 area code and then the number, this app skips the area code and goes straight to the number with a + so for example it would go as +9 or +8 ignoring the +1.

They completely said they have no control over this and its a shopify thing, like are you serious?

Its super sad that your response was this review is fake instead of trying to fix this app or make it right for your customer.

Do not use this app. When you switch to Shopify Plus, they increase the price and charge $100/month for each of your store even if you just need a few triggers per month for the exact same services as before switching to Shopify Plus. Now, I need to find an alternative solution, so don't make the same mistake. In addition to that, they did not even bother to reply to my emails after this unacceptable price increase.

By far the best application for comprehensive data management. By creating a completely autonomous, fully automatised platform, I can manage thousands of products that have hundreds of metafields. I really appreciate the basically unlimited capabilities of the advanced TWIG template language and the possibility of deep AI implementation. Great technical support. Highly recommended!

I found this App by chance after wasting a lot of time between codes and other Apps to solve the problems I had. Forget about the various Mechanic, Flow, Guru Metafield Apps (etc. I've tried tons of them), terrible in comparison. This app is brilliant and intuitive at the same time, even for complex operations. You can do anything with information, move it, edit it, update it with or without metafields, with incredible ease. Furthermore, I think I still have many features to discover. They actually solved the job for which I was losing hope. Thank you so much. You are geniuses!

Ho trovato casualmente questa App dopo aver buttato moltissimo tempo tra codici e altre App per risolvere le problematiche che avevo. Lasciate perdere le varie App Mechanic, Flow, Guru Metafield, ecc. (Ne ho provate una marea), pessime in confronto. Quest'app è geniale e allo stesso tempo intuitiva, anche per operazioni complesse. Potete fare qualunque cosa con le informazioni, spostarle, modificarle, aggiornarle con o senza metafields, con una facilità incredibile. Inoltre, penso di avere ancora molte funzioni da scoprire. Veramente mi hanno risolto il lavoro per il quale stavo perdendo le speranze. Davvero Grazie. Siete dei geni!

Must have app , if you understand how it works! Took me a few days, but with the support it worked as i wanted to.

I'm using Arigato now to setup a workflow that generates shipping costs (variants metafield) from variant metafield values like length, width and height. In that way i can add the shipping cost metafield value to my product costs as i have free shipping in my webshop.

You can really do anything with this app and the support is very helpfull.

Quick response and accurate solution, excellent integration for e-commerce store, 10/10 recommended.
