PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label

Love this App. It is great for businesses that ship packages with various weights and sizes. Dimensional weight pains for shippers are relieved with this multi carrier app. I hope that one day they will allow subscribers to connect with carriers using their negotiated rates. Excellent customer service!!!

Great app for Australian shipping services. Even on a free trial subscription I was able to get great service and a set-up walkthrough over a video Zoom call.

Great customer service and care. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for multi-carrier shipping services in an all-in-one app.

Takes a bit to get your store set up correctly and to get your carrier accounts brought over correctly but thankfully they were able to answer all my questions and resolve all my issues with a zoom call with one of there tech support reps. I only give 4 stars because the platform is not very user friendly.

Handles dimensional weight as expected, as well as handling stores that offer very small packages as well as very large ones. Customer service is nearly immediate, helpful, and will answer in the middle of the night in the United States often. Very recommended.

Integration with Shopify is seamless. This app solves our problem of using different-sized boxes and calculating the best shipping price for our customers. Customer service is amazing and so helpful!

Love this app, it was the only way we could charge shippings rates based on quantity. They are super responsive, and will hop on a call with you to explain and walk through any issues you are having.

Bad experience with this app. Was unable to connect our UPS account after more than 20 attempts. App kept giving various different error messages that were not at all clear in terms of what the issue was. We have not had any problems connecting our UPS account to Shopify, ShipStation or our ERP system. I had a Zoom call with their customer support representative, who was friendly and helpful, but also was not able to solve the problem after 20 minutes of attempting to. I was told to contact UPS, but that doesn't really make sense considering that other apps have no problem connecting to our account. In the end, it just wasn't worth my time to continue putting effort into trying to get things working, when completing such a basic function seemed impossible.

Very convenient to process multiple shipping & return labels in batches. Customer support is very helpful as well.

What Can I say...hmm....Great app, The best People, We have some many set up problems with our courier of choice but the Guys a Plugin Hive, Sibi & Addina are so good, walks us though the process. I can't thank them enough. So again many thanks for the hours of back and forth conversations.

PH MultiCarrier has become a great app to use for calculating shipping rates on Shopify. The support team has been very patient and helpful while building out the app to do everything we need it to do. It also works with our subscription service, which is a huge plus. I'm glad we found this app, as it allows us to provide the best rates by going directly through our connected shipping accounts. Shipping rates are a large part of what customers considers when purchasing a product and having those rates at checkout reflect the best rates we receive from our carriers is one of the main reasons we have opted to use PH MultiCarrier.

On the backend, the most important features of this app are the ability to have multibox shipments and automatic box packing based on product dimensions and shipping box dimensions. The automatic box packing takes a little bit of "thinking out of the box" to get it to work, but once it does, it's a life saver. Without these features, I would have selected a different app, but PH MultiCarrier is able to do both. I recommend this app for any company/person that wants greater control over their shipping prices or anyone who needs to easily separate products between multiple boxes, which is a feature that Shopify has neglected to include for a long time.
