Manohar was extremely helping onboarding me and getting my service up and running. Shopify won't separate packages of the same item, though we need it to! This fixed my problem and we won't lose out on shipping costs, now!

Excellent service, communication and follow-up from the support team. They walked me through every step of the setup, rate testing and next steps. The app itself is fairly straight forward and easy to use, particularly once you see it in action via a demo or onboarding support call.
We have nearly 2,000 items with ranging from 4"x4"x4" parcels to 175 pound freight items and everything in between, including mixed carts. The app easily handles this and displays the rates that we want it to display for a wide variety of situations.
