I use this app daily and so far it's been mostly good. I do get prompt service from the app people when requested. They really helped me out this past time and went all the way for me to figure out how to get labels to print with our new printing system. I find that the app needs some improvements still as it seems to pull the billing address rather than the shipping address from our customers profiles.

Once you’ve got carrier-calculated shipping turned on, this app becomes a great tool, as it’s actually able to add differently-sized boxes to different products. It also allows you to specify the carrier services visible to your customer at checkout. Finally, and this isn’t as common as you’d think, it actually updates the products as you update them in your Shopify store. Fast customer service, too! 5/5 so far

I installed app and had it up and running in a few days and it saves my team and I SO much time.
We’re able to create 100’s of labels in minutes.
Our tech stack is Mac computer, rollo 4x6 printer.
We needed labels and packing slip printed on consecutive pages and this completes that.
I had some tech questions and the support team replied in minutes and even got on a call with me to hold my hand on something.

They've been quick to respond to my e-mails (within 24 hours) and help me get setup with my shipping needs. They've also been quick to establish zoom calls in order to better understand the issue. My use case is very niche, so it did require me to go through about 3 service reps before my issue was fully understood and resolved.

But still, very impressed with response times and willingness to jump on a call to solve problems.

So far, so good! I had a little trouble trying to get it up and running all by myself. I sent a message to support and was able to connect with Sibi, who was extremely helpful with the setup. I have only been using this app for a short time, in preparation for launching our online store, but I feel very positive about the prompt and thorough technical support I have received. I will try to update my review after I've been using the app for a few months.

This app helps me print out shipping labels much faster and more easily than I could otherwise do - a big time saver! The UX could use some work and I can't adjust things manually as easily as I would like (change number of packages for a particular order, for example) but it's still a game changer and very worthwhile. They were always responsive to issues, though I kept running into issues. I requested a video chat and that was the best and most efficient way to solve issues.

Have been using this app for over a year now. My original review as listed below still stands. This is a great app, a "must have" for eCommerce shipping. We ship world wide and it works great. The customer support is the best I have ever seen in, not only this industry, but any other industry I have worked in. Recently I had identified a couple of features that would be important to our website and they added these features to their app. This was a valuable advantage to dealing with them.

MCSL has been a lifesaver for our business. The capabilities of the app were exactly what we were looking for and the interface is much more intuitive and user-friendly than other apps that offer similar features. Not only is the app solid, but the customer service is exceptional. They went above and beyond for our business and are always very prompt to respond to our inquiries and assist us with our issues. I am very appreciated for the customer service, they respond quickly and always help to solve the problems, the app can bind my DHL account and calculate the correct shipping cost, and it is useful, for now, I have a suggestion to your app, when I release a new product, I have to open this app and import the products in the app so that the shipping cost of this new product can be calculated in the checkout page, I hope it can be imported automatically, then I don't have to import the new products every time. anyway, thanks for your team a lot!

I loved the ability to customize my box sizes and weights for all our products - this allowed my customers to get custom shipping rates based on their order volume at checkout. Without that feature, we couldn’t use e-commerce. Also really appreciated the customer service. A representative helped me when I signed up for a trial and walked me through my entire set up. And when I’ve had a problem, the service team dives in quickly to help me solve it.

Added note: since using this app for quite a while, I stand by my 5 stars. Excellent service every time.
