This app is the most affordable and comprehensive solution we've found to manage our marketplace with Shopify. It has everything we need, except for inventory sync for our sellers, which we hope will be available soon.

This app has worked great for us to sell our products on other stores and for us to add other products to our store. It's a little confusing to set up initially, but the support team is responsive and a lot of help.

This app is amazing!!! We run a once-a-year Art Show that is a fundraising activity. We use to have online forms and Excel Spreadsheets to capture 100 artists and 400 individual artworks and 1000s of small products - we'd then bulk import and upload into Shopify. Now our artists and makers can create their own accounts, upload their own items, see when their items have sold and we have reduced our workload significantly! Webkul MMP support has been very helpful, the app is easy to use (there are a couple of improvements that could be made, but it's all manageable), and we can hibernate it for most of the year when we're not using it.

We are currently still implementing our multi-vendor + auction system, and coding integrations to support this. Support chat has been quite useful and helpful so far, although some improvements could be made - for example the API documentation is incomplete, and it would be good if there were a feature to 'lock down' seller accounts to only create auctions. Will update review once we have launched our service and are able to give more complete feedback.

We started to use this awesome app to become a platform for personalized unique gift items and we will use our experience and also our business discipline to provide only carefully crafted gifts on our platform. We’ve had a wonderful experience using this multi-vendor marketplace app. It’s an ideal platform for users who want to list their products in one convenient place. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to manage and showcase a variety of items.

Additionally, the support team is highly commendable. They are responsive, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues or provide guidance. Overall, this app offers a seamless and supportive environment for vendors and buyers alike.

This app is going to send me to an early grave. There are so many issues and there is never a satisfactory resolution. The app does not support many of the features of my Shopify store. There is no opportunity to edit product options, even for simple edits like typos. The app does not support multiple shipping profiles from Shopify. Shipping costs are distributed in conflict with product data. Technical support is absolutely horrible. They have no clue or interest in solving the business issues their app creates. There is no avenue for escalating issues to a supervisor or Product Manager. The app is extremely rigid. There are no opportunities to correct any errors made by admin or vendors. A vendor accidentally rejected an order, and it was unrecoverable. I have spent many days going back and forth with technical support and it is like talking to robots. The user guides are useless for help configuring the system - so there are many surprises in how the app responds to discounts, returns, etc. However, they will send you an email if a vendor goes on vacation if this is important to you. If there was another option, I would gladly switch.

Great app to meet the needs of almost any multivendor marketplace. The only three problems I've had is that it's hard to find things, it lacks a taxonomy system, and it lacks ERP connectors. Every other need of mine has had a solution including the ability the add custom fields and layouts for my vendors. If you use it, you may notice some confusing language but this can be fixed in the Translate tab. I highly recommend this app for businesses approaching small/medium-size vendors.

We can fully recommend this app for anyone who are starting, or considering porting over a multivendor marketplace to Shopify. They have configuration options or Add-on Apps of almost every potential configuration and integration issues that could arise from making the Multivendor App work seamlessly with Shopify.
