I was skeptical at first, this is my first time building a website using Shopify and it took me 3 months to learn shopify's robust features. This app also has so much features but it didn't took me that long to learn, it only took me 2 weeks and their live chat support is amazing. Very quick with their responses and very accommodating.

I recently used the Multivendor Marketplace Shopify app and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The support I received from the team was fast, and their customer service representatives were extremely friendly and helpful. If you are creating a Shopify marketplace, do yourself a favor and start up with this app. The team is incredible, answering every question we had even during our "trial phase". We have even asked them to help with some technical items and they have done so flawlessly. We look forward to seeing what they do next to make each marketplace with them even better.

Powerful application, that has lots of well thought out functionality. We've spent quite a bit of time now using the app and we find that they've covered most features that you would expect for a marketplace.

Customer service is super helpful too and responses are always detailed and on point.

The team is very responsive and will work during US evening-overnight times to complete tasks. The app is highly customizable to your needs and the documentation is smart. It definitely takes some reading to get everything the way you need it and is very complex so takes some fine-tuning to setup. Great support though so as long as you can be patient during the day (US user), they will answer you as promptly as they can.

Very helpful app. Make sure to add it into your Shopify account before you have vendors connect in to it. The support is awesome and very responsive to our queries! They answered all of our questions and never stopped until we were clear about everything.

This app isn't delivering on its promises. We've been using it for 7 weeks now and it's extremely buggy. It constantly auto-syncs even when sync is disabled. It changes prices and images. The customer service doesn't seem to be functional. Pooja is putting in effort, but I have doubts about the software actually functioning. They shouldn't offer it for Shopify. The chat service is terrible, nobody there is capable of providing assistance. The suggested solutions aren't effective. Our team is exhausted, and we've damaged a valuable client relationship that we had established. This has resulted in thousands of dollars in lost work time. Trusting the friendly guy from webkul sales who said their app would be the perfect solution was a huge fat big mistake
