Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I just migrated from another platform, and am very happy with Onmisend. It's generally very intuitive and easy to use, and I LOVE how easy it is to customize the emails! I've found their chat support to be extremely fast to respond and very helpful, especially as I've been navigating the transition and trying to get all my automations moved over as quickly as possible. Their support team is awesome- it's only been a few days and I've chatted with Maria, Sila, Deniz, Didam, and Stefan.

Extremely happy with Omnisend's integration with Shopify and value proposition. Having tried all the other major ESPs, they all had problems. Omnisend is done right. Simple to install, amazing support (thanks Katie!) and incredible ROI. We're so happy with Omnisend!

I am new to email marketing. and after using Omisend for a couple of campaigns, I can tell that the app is easy to use, I especially like the template they are offering. And the customer service is top-notch!

Lots of people around me recommended Drip, but when I compared Omnisend to Drip, Omnisend was the easy winner on price, support and features. I've been using lots of advanced email marketing and had almost zero problems - everything works as expected. I've just done my first send with Omnisend. It's early days for me to say how good the platform is, but it seems very intuitive. I've faced a number of challenges getting up and running and have found the online chat support to be excellent. I've been in touch with various members of the support team and all have been knowledgable and have taken ownership of problems if they have been unable to resolve them immediately. Olesia and Sila have been particularly helpful.

Updating my review to give them five instead of one star. Early on I had problems getting this app to work, but after great and professional support it works well and I have had no problems.

Maria and the Omnisend Team were prompt and efficient in handling our problem. Using both chat and email, Maria and company kept us in the loop while solving our problem. Omnisend software has help us market our products for the last three years

So far I am very pleased with this app. I previously used Mailchimp, but they were continually increasing what I pay, even though not everyone on my list was subscribed. I was up to $250 and then I switched my website to Shopify, who offered a free email service, I was all for it until it took literally 36 hours to send an email to 8k subscribers. Didn’t realize this until day of email blast was a big product reveal day and my customers found out about it a day and a half later. I was drawn to omnisend as another friend uses this site and it was already half the cost of Mailchimp. I was able to send my email out within minutes. Very pleased. I also love how it is fully integrated with Shopify, so I don’t have to download product images to upload to email, I just drag and drop product information directly from my store!

Omnisend is so easy to get set up and use. Don't how to do something? They have detailed and easy to follow & find resources on EVERYTHING. Still confused? Their chat support is quick and very helpful. Luiz was able to me answer questions and get flows launched fast. This was a great experience compared to the previous platform we used and eventually left for the exact opposite reasons.
