CedCommerce OnBuy Integration

Our On buy representative Geetika was very helpful with assisting in to integrating our listing on to Onbuy.
We have been contacting her on daily basis to assist with our listings and onbuy website, she also called us and guide us into integration.

This connector is better than some of the other connectors we use. The interface is simple and easy to read, and whenever I've encountered an issue, Geetika has always been great at providing a resolution.

I wanted to list my Shopify products onto OnBuy but did not have time or experience using the app. I contacted support and Geetika was able to assist with extra support which was a great help. I would recommend.

Great tool to use for onbuy and shopify integration,do a great job for uploading listing to onbuy store from shopify store and fetch orders from onbuy to shopify store to be processed ,Geetika Grover from cedcommerce is very helpful and help a lot to setup my account and helpful whenever i needed.highly recommended ..

TERRIBLE APP DONT INSTALL, VERY HARD TO DELETE AND UNSUBSCRIBE AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM FOR HELP ON HOW TO DELETE AND UNSUBSCRIBE THEY DONT ANSWER

Good service.... eventually , they did not understand the issues and would have been better and quicker if they could act like humans and telephone for chat , would have sorted the problem a lot quicker , emails / screenshots are ok for easy problems, but sometimes a chat is better. This app is not very thought through, and support is non existent. On our own Shopify website we offer our products as singles and bundles. For Onbuy, obviously we only want to offer the singles. The app can't work this out and therefore we haven't been able to upload our products. Support is extremely slow and hasn't been able to provide a solution, except creating separate EANs for the bundles, which is just wrong. Unfortunately I can't recommend this app.
