Complete game changer! The app is easy to use and really made a difference. It helped us get 500 sign ups ( in 11 days) from users that were otherwise going to exit our site. That helped reduce our bounce rate and fed the best giveaway we have ever ran on our site.

Really enjoy working with this app. We can tailor different pop ups with different pages and thus have different offers for different clients. Really helpful service when setting up the app. Easy to use. Also provide good case studies on how other store owners are using the app. Thoroughly recommend.
I used this app to help me create an upselling popup for returning customers who may have left products in their cart ! It is very qucik and easy to set up took me about 5 min and now I have an amazing upselling popup that recommends products customers have left in their carts when coming back to the store

Optimonk has dramatically increased lead captures on our site and we have definitely noticed a lot more people utilising discount codes as a result of the 'coupon code reminder' feature! The service and support are top-notch, so I would recommend this app to anyone wanting to improve their e-commerce performance.

Ya'll! Next level support -- super easy to integrate -- user friendly is an understatement -- nice templates that have a history of working that you can reverse engineer / design -- split testing with analytics that help you make better decisions. I've been using this app for a while. It was very easy to set up and the support is awesome if you have any issues. They will help you set up your campaigns and get you on your way. I had an issue and Sarah immediately responded before office hours went in and fixed an issue that I was having. I highly recommend this app.

Just started using it but I'm very happy with it so far! I tried a few other apps to compare but I think I'm sticking with this one. Its very easy to use and set up campaigns. The customer service chat works great- Sarah helped me- and they send a response to your email if they are not available at the time you send a message.

Optimonk's customer service is amazing. They were able to take my brand's custom font and add it to my dashboard for use in all my ads which their competitors were unwilling to do.
They walked me through creating pop ups carefully explaining each step. It's been super helpful for my business to have such an easy app to rely upon for pop ups.
