There is no other app that can do what OPC can. It is a little challenging to get everything figured out, but the developers can answer any questions and get you where you need to be. If you are looking for an app that caters to your unique, custom store - you found it.
Excellent app, I've looked through many, many apps and this one was the perfect solution for us. It had more features than we though we needed. Support is fast and customizations were reasonable priced. Well designed app!
Prepare to be fleeced!
On the face of it this app looked like it could do what we needed it to do. All I wanted was to calculate square meterage used for a printing application. The app is incredibly difficult to firstly understand, and secondly use but hey don't worry they provide templates for you to use - AT A COST of up to $350 - nice, get the app then pay again to use a template service.
Anyway, I got the calculator sort of working having persevered but clicking add to cart doesn't appear to do anything meaningful, I guess this is a theme issue, no problems they will sort this for a further $250. So in short, subscribe then get fleeced for $600 to get something decent working - not for me you penny pinching bunch of whotsits.
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience. We care about every app install and reached out several times to help before this review. Let me address your concerns below:
- We have 24/7 Live Chat support, online documentation, video training and in app tutorials that literally walk you through the app.
- There are over 20 FREE templates and no obligation to purchase. Templates save you time and reduce your cost of development, particularly if you don't know CSS, JavaScript, or Liquid.
- There are 4 ways to integrate with your stores shopping cart. Two take zero setup. The others have built in configuration for Shopify Free themes.
Your theme uses a custom slide out cart which requires custom configuration. Most apps will not support your slide out cart what-so-ever, we provide the required mechanisms to do so. You can set this up yourself, with your own developer, by asking us for help or by using an add to cart method that does not require setup.
Thanks for trying our app and good luck with your store.
For anyone who'd like to accelerate their success with our app, send us an email or chat (info@strategicedgesystems.com) and mention "PennyPinching". We'll happily give you a $50 discount on any premium theme or $100 off paid services greater than $100.
Really great app, the best looking sticker price calculator out there! I'm not very techy and they are always so helpful to help me figure things out!
Support was fantastic and was able to assist promptly. Great tool for all calculator needs. Highly recommend!
Best Shopify app experience so far! Lighting fast support response time that creates a permanent solution. The support staff went above and beyond in teaching us how to use more intricate features of the app this in return will help to drive sales!
Excellent customer service and so far it's the best app that fits our needs.
Set up was a bit frustrasting but customer service team was right there. He went as far as made a custom video showing me step by step what to do. Thank You!! 5 stars!
Excellent customer service and best app for your webpage if your product involves price calculations. Set up is easy and customer service team is right there if you need help.
Having seen this app working on another store and seeing what they were able to do with it, I am super excited to get this app up and running on our print site. Shopify is not built to handle a printing company's complex products and variations, but this app completely takes that problem away.
This is the best calculator app there is. No other calculator has as many options as this one and the support is fantastic!
