App is perfect & wonderful for my shop to manage our deliveries slots available to customers. Previously I was using a much more expensive app & Logbase can do what it could do & much more. Customer service team at Logbase is also top-notch always replying almost instantly & resolving my issues within the day itself. The other app I always had to wait hours just to talk to someone. Frequently, Janani was the one who assisted me & she is perfect. Knows her stuff & always friendly & helpful. Thanks team!

The team has been super helpful in assisting us in setting up delivery& pickup on our store due to our complicated delivery settings. We're live with the app for almost a week now, so far so good. Setup was a bit technical but the support team responds really fast! I was helped by Janani and she was really really helpful with everything and help me set up everything over a Zoom call and showed me exactly what to do in the future. She is knowledgeable about the product and is able to help with everything that I wanted to do (other than a few small edits that required more backend coding). All in all, I'm giving this a 5* because of the exemplary service that I received from Janani. Thank you ma'am!

This app is perfect for our needs! We appreciate the customizability as we have certain products that are eligible for local delivery or pickup, but not shipping. We were able to set a local delivery radius, and customize our order confirmation email as well to include the pickup/delivery time details. The support has been so helpful and is extremely responsive through their live chat. I've been on Zoom calls for hours with their team and they don't stop until whatever I need is taken care of! Would highly recommend!

I'm using the base version and this does exactly what I need since our business is exclusively pickup and delivery. Their online chat help is quick and helped resolve some initial setup issues I was experiencing. They also took the time to setup my timeslots, review all my settings and suggested some tips for better user experience. I spent alot of time with other Apps that didn't work the way I wanted and never heard back from their support. This App and service rocks! Thanks LogBase to getting my online store up and running!

the customer service is EXTREMELY fast and documentation is very clear. everything is stellar from the moment you install. I had a couple questions as I was setting up, and was able to set up a zoom call with them and they helped me work out everything. excellent service. update - I've been using this app for months, and their customer service continues to amaze me. my checkout crashed for tons of customers due to another app interfering with this one. even though the issue wasn't this app's fault, they fixed it for me. 10/10.

I struggled for ages trying to find something that would work for my cookie shop and I cannot praise this app and its customer service reps enough! I had to take a break for a few months from my business and am recently re starting it back up and have forgotten some of the steps I need to make the products I have available to my customer base. Its 1245am and Janani was there in a matter of moments on chat not only to help but resolved my issue in less than 3 minutes. I cant ask for better service, because I dont think its out there! :D

After trying several local delivery apps this app has met all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. The best part about the app is the customer support team - they've been able to kindly get me set up as well as help make the layout perfect for my store. Even when I changed themes, the process was really easy and painless. They were easy to speak to and understood the outcomes I wanted to achieve. This app manages to resolve some of the major pain points that we have for delivery and pick-up services, especially with Siva being very helpful and patient during the whole process, from explanation to integration. I must say! We have been using this plug-in for 2 months, and Siva is still providing the best service he can! for us! I have a few enquiries and he was able to suggest a solution to go about it too! E.g., having to send customers notifications a day before before the order goes out. So KUDOS to SIva & team! Amazing speed at finding solutions!
